    Incredible brokerage. All of the agents are fantastic, their marketing is top of the line and they are so amazing with their clients. The owner, Brett Combs, is so knowledgable about North County San Diego, especially Del Mar. He makes finding, buying and selling a home easy. Highly recommend.

    Fulcrum is the BEST surf school! Why? They're dynamic, their foundations is solid and they are a fun group! Great for the whole family and all ages - kids and adults. I've been going to them for 4 years now and I drive 45 mins to Del Mar just to take lessons from them. I tried several surf schools and they're by far the most effective. I started as a beginner with no experience and now I've made leaps and bounds. Been on Fulcrum surf trips which are epic and they still have new tricks to teach me. If you want to learn to surf the right way, they're your surf coach you want to have!

    Seriously, I cannot even give these people one star!!! They had no paperwork to show their credentials, no contractual agreement to sign either. They were chatty and silly, and had trouble hearing/listening. My friends and I should have walked out right away, but we were so hopeful and these two women talked it up about how they knew they could help my friends to find a way to become legal residents. They claimed they had a 98% success rate with their clients. The woman who claimed to be a "Paralegal" said she wanted $500 to "do the necessary research and confer with her lawyer friend" but instead of that being a retainer fee, it ended up being full payment for NOTHING! We already had done research on the internet, and in our follow up visit, she didn't tell us anything we didn't already know. I feel humiliated that I fell for their scam, and my friends were so let down! Do NOT pay money to these frauds!
